I had some time to work on Ians 24" cross frame. I was able to sweat the seat tube on and braze in the dropouts along with the water bottle bosses.

Here's the sweet sloping fork crown I hope to use compared to the standard size crown.  It's only 37 mm. between the inner points, so tire selection might become an issue.
