Here's BCII with the cockpit fitted to the drawing. We will
finalize the fit today at the shop and hook up the rear brake.

Here's how it fits in my van with the slowly evolving rack system I've been working on.

Jimbos Front triangle all fluxed and ready to silver braze.
Through braze and starting to fit the chainstays and dropouts.

Here is some better shots of Devins frame prior to color sanding and buffing. If I put the camera setting to "cuisine", it seems to take better pictures.

More of my very poor photos. Dylans fork.
Here's a close up of Devins lettering.
The frame with stencils and one coat of clear. Next is decals, sanding with 1500 grit paper, and a final coat of clear.

just a pic of what goes into masking off the lugs.

The frame is now ready for stencils and clear coat.

The blue is on the frame and fork. Sanding and masking for the lugs and bottom bracket is quite tedious, might not make it today.
Here's the plan for BCII.

The Topaz for the logo outline and the white is done. As soon as it is dry, I will mask off the white and spray the blue on the frame and D's fork. The home owners association is supposed to blow in bark dust today. That will put an early end to todays painting.

Time to get busy. I drove out to Clackamas and glass beaded Devins frame and some of the parts to the interior bike rack I'm working on for the Transit. Then to Tigard to pick up the new paint masks and stopped at the paint store for supplies for his paint job. In the back ground is Dylans fork primed and ready for top coat. I'll wait and paint it with Devs frame to save time and materials. Jimbos frame is out of the fixture as I am finishing his seat lug modifications.
