The brake bridge is in, bent a piece of 10mm dia. 4130 tubing and fabbed and brazed brake and anchor nut  faces on.  I still need to take the seat stay fillets down to a tighter radius. Got the vertical and horizontal axis perfect.  I see alot of good factory made bikes where the horizontal is out and you have a rough time setting correct toe-in.  It's a pet peeve of mine.  I'm off for some sun, cerveza, and fish tacos for a few days.  When I get back, it's full speed ahead on B-Cups crosser.  I've already got the head tube lugs reamed to provide the tight slip fit to the head tube.  I'l no doubt finish my frame and paint it Porsche Guards Red and Jimbos Tricerahopper Topaz in a horizontal split two tone.

The only brake bridge that I think complements this frame is out of stock.  Here is a shot of the 3lb. 7oz. frame mocked up to position the brake bridge I'm making.  I'm still unsure of what rear derailer cable stop to use, probably a modified basic stop.  I'm going to start setting up Devos new front triangle in the fixture today.

Jed really came through on this second iteration of the head badge.  This is the first one I put on Dylans crosser.

My frame is complete minus the brake bridge and rear derailer cable stop.  I am undecided whether to purchase them or to fab them myself.  I will be placing a tubeing order soon as it appears that Devos new bike will be an isp and I don't have any 700 mm x 31.8 mm tubes on hand.

I got tired of working on my taxes, so decided to put some effort into my new road frame.  The front triangle came out spot on and dimensionally perfect. Cool.  I have been refining my rear triangle fixture with every frame I build.  On my earlier frames, it would take hours to align the nds stay, braze, realign, and finally align the ds stay and braze.  this one came out within 2mm.  I believe the total weight will be around 3.5 lbs. and combined with my Alpha Q fork, the frameset will be about 4.25 lbs.  Not bad considering my rain bike frame alone weighs almost 7 lbs.  Now the fixture is free to start on Devos Di2 cross bike.  Should be an adventure.
